Reserve a Room
At this time, Richard D. Haines Medical Library has three rooms available for reservation. Contact the library at 254-724- 2228 or MedicalLibrary@BSWHealth.org to reserve a room.
Computer Lab, Room 312
- Ten computer terminals
- 80 inch TV screen that may be used for presentations or conference calls
- Includes a whiteboard and dry-erase markers
- Large window
Study Rooms, Rooms 307 & 308
- Accommodates up to six people
- Includes a whiteboard and dry-erase markers
- One room has a window (307) and one is without (308)
Room Policies
- Rooms may be reserved for up to four hours at a time. If you anticipate needing it for longer, please let us know when you request your reservation.
- If no prior reservation has been created for a particular time, rooms may be used on a first- come, first-served basis.
- If someone is using the room at the time of your confirmed reservation, please come get a librarian for help removing the occupant.
- If the person who has reserved the room arrives more than 15 minutes after the starting time of their reservation, they forfeit their reservation and occupancy will revert to our first come, first served protocol.
- If furniture has been moved in the room, please return it to the original arrangement before leaving.
